Sourcing specialist

We are hiring in the South west Ft Worth area! High-impact, fast-paced, fully in-office role. Job duties:

• Source market materials and manage high volume RFQs.
• Must prioritize, multi-task, show critical thinking, and meet daily deadlines.
• Requires strong customer service, intermediate Excel, and data manipulation experience.

Schedule:

• Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM.

salary: $22 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Procurement: Actively research the market to identify and secure requested materials.
• Client & Sales Support: Review incoming sales inquiries per quality requirements and identify & assess representative's needs to provide a high level of service.
• Data Management: Utilize industry-specific ERP software to accurately input data.
• Query Management: Efficiently manage large amounts of Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and input information using various customer portals.
• Operational Efficiency: Use critical thinking with the ability to analyze processes for greater efficiency and offer alternate solutions to problems.
• Communication & Data Flow: Flow down accurate and valid information to the sales representative, using the correct methods and tools provided.
• Administrative Support: Answer incoming phone calls or emails
