Jr. Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the tech team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our tech team and traders, ensuring prompt and seamless collaboration and efficient project execution. This individual will be a quick learner who understands the fast‑paced crypto trading environment and will be responsible for managing projects and tasks to completion. This includes understanding the intricacies of each task, prioritizing effectively, and adapting to rapidly changing priorities. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, allocate resources, and communicate clearly with both technical and trading personnel to ensure that projects are delivered on time. They will also be adept at identifying and mitigating potential risks, troubleshooting issues, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects and tasks between tech & trading teams concurrently Manage the ticket and project management systems and assist tech team members with composing ticket content Understand the tasks and their urgency in a limited time Identify relevant stakeholders in the tech team and keep track of their project progress Manage project timelines and monitor project progress Control and know how to shift urgency and pipeline Communicate effectively with both traders and tech teams Identify risks for various projects Qualifications 3+ years of experience in relevant project management Experienced in handling multiple projects or request tickets simultaneously Full project experience from scratch Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fast learner and able to pick up necessary skills in a short period of time Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team (preferred) IT application support background (preferred) Tech spec presentation experience (preferred) Knowhow in tech documentation tools like GitLab or Jira #J-18808-Ljbffr Framework Ventures
