???? Keep the community clean, sharp, and welcoming every day

???? OVERVIEW
You keep the property looking its best. You walk the site daily, clean, inspect, and take pride in every detail. Your work drives curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

???? WHAT YOU’LL DO

???? Maintenance Support
• Keep grounds, amenities, pool, laundry rooms, mail areas, and common spaces clean
• Help clean vacant units and models
• Support maintenance team when needed
• Report repair issues to management
• Enter occupied units when needed for service support

???? Exterior Care
• Pick up trash and keep dumpster areas clean and organized
• Sweep walkways, breezeways, and parking areas
• Maintain clean building surroundings and community perimeter
• Rake shrubs, remove debris, and handle mud when needed
• Use backpack blower daily (50 lbs)
• Walk the property daily to maintain strong curb appeal

⚠️ Safety & Prevention
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Spot and report hazards right away
• Keep storage areas secured
• Notify office of any utility shutoffs

???? Resident & Team Support
• Deliver notices to residents (events, pest control, updates)
• Respond to resident requests with professionalism
• Support resident retention efforts
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Assist with team tasks and special projects

???? WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma preferred, not required
• Cleaning or porter experience preferred
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly

???? SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, or snow
• Able to lift, push, and move equipment and dumpsters
• Able to use cleaning tools and equipment (mops, vacuums, ladders)
• Strong attention to detail
