Position Highlights

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established primary care practice in Pendleton, Oregon.

Practice Details

• Full-time employed Family Medicine opportunity

• Comprehensive primary care practice

• Provide care to patients with a broad range of healthcare needs

• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused health assessments

Clinical Opportunity

• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine services

• Perform general health histories and physical examinations

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Interpret diagnostic testing and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide preventive care and health screenings

• Educate patients regarding disease prevention and long-term health management

• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals

• Manage patients with complex healthcare needs

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $286,451 – $325,100 annually

• Production incentives available

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine training program

• Oregon medical license or ability to obtain

• DEA certification or ability to obtain

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Commitment to continuous quality improvement and high-quality patient care
