Devens Biologics Summer 2027 Internship - Supply Chain

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a supply chain intern for a 10-week summer program at the Devens, MA biologics campus. The role focuses on evaluating material storage and movement processes within the Cell Therapy Facility to support capacity optimization and alignment with automated technologies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current-state material storage and movement processes within Cell Therapy Facility from receipt to delivery
- Define storage capacity requirements and identify gaps between current and needed capacity
- Collect, organize, and analyze material usage data using Excel, Power BI, or SAP
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams on future-state requirements
- Document findings and present process improvement recommendations to project stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in third-year or above Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or Engineering
- Interest and passion for BioPharma and biotechnology
- Experience or coursework in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or AI-based platforms
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and exposure to project management
- Strong analytical and communication skills with team collaboration experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Compensation: $24.00 - $45.00 hourly
