Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst
We are looking for Business Analysts to support enterprise web applications, Pharmacy Partner Hub programs, VASE+, and .NET maintenance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and gap analysis.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, project meetings, demos, and UAT.
- Support functional/system integration testing and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database experience.
- Experience with Oracle APEX and Microsoft.NET web applications.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Healthcare/Pharmacy systems, Virginia SEC 501, RFP/SOW development, .NET applications, and system upgrades/interface design.
