As a Personal Trainer:

• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging training sessions
• Build strong relationships that drive retention and results
• Educate members on proper form and movement

As a Massage Therapist: 

• Deliver professional massage therapy sessions
• Support recovery, mobility and stress reduction
• Work closely with trainers to create holistic solutions
• Educate clients on the benefits of recovery and body care
• Maintain a clean, calming and professional treatment environment

As a Team Member: 

• Uphold the culture, values and ethics of our club
• Represent the club with excellence and professionalism
• Participate in staff meetings, training and community events
• Help create an environment where members feel known and cared for

Requirements: 

• Current Florida massage Therapy License
• Prefer, current personal training cert (Ace, NASM, ISSA etc)
• CPR/AED certified or willing to get certified
• Strong communication and people skills is a must
• Willingness to grow in both fitness and sales
