Job Requirements

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background with experience in home health or private duty nursing.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience required; home health or private duty experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Current TB test or chest X-ray
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, infusion therapy, wound care, and G-tube management is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely transfer and assist patients with mobility
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations
