Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) looking to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting? Sena Kean Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate OTR to join our interdisciplinary therapy team and help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and independence

• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and care teams to optimize resident outcomes

• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in compliance with regulations

• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in the state of practice

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
