Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Salem, OR

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an independent contractor opportunity with exceptional pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer W2 positions with dry van routes throughout all 48 states, providing ample earning potential. Home Time:

• Be on the road for 3-4 weeks, followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to spend quality time with family and enjoy personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts. Our fleet is designed for comfort during long trips.

Freight Operations:

• Engage in 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest through Washington and Oregon.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly at a rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• OTR driving covering all 48 states with a variety of dry van freight opportunities to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

• This W2 independent contractor role includes a passenger policy for those 18 and older at no additional cost. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
