Billing Specialist

Our client is seeking a Billing Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support billing operations, accounting functions, and general administrative duties. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process customer invoices Research and resolve billing discrepancies Reconcile accounts and billing records Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations Perform general administrative and clerical duties Maintain accurate billing documentation and records Complete occasional local travel, 10% or less Qualifications 2+ years of billing experience Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency in Excel Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license required Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
