Managing Veterinarian
National Veterinary Associates Careers
Want to Lead a Hospital...Without Giving Up Being a Veterinarian? Most Medical Director jobs eventually turn into meetings, schedules, budgets, and trying to figure out why the printer isn't working. This isn't one of those jobs. Channel Islands Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Managing Veterinarian who wants to lead through great medicine—not paperwork. You'll still practice medicine. You'll mentor doctors. You'll help shape the future of an incredible hospital. We'll handle the operational headaches so you can focus on what actually matters: patients, people, and practicing the kind of medicine that made you become a veterinarian in the first place. Our team has 172 years of combined tenure. People don't stay somewhere for decades because it's convenient. They stay because they're respected, supported, challenged, and surrounded by teammates they genuinely enjoy working with. We've been serving Port Hueneme since 1987 , and today we're a thriving collaborative 5-doctor practice where generations of families trust us with their pets. We're proud of our medicine, and we're even prouder of our people. What Your Life Looks Like Here
