Position Summary

Salud Revenue Partners is seeking a creative, energetic, and commercially minded Growth Programs Specialist to help expand our market reach and generate new business opportunities.

This individual will develop and advance growth initiatives, engage strategic partners, and collaborate with our Sales, Communications, and Commercial Strategy teams to bring programs from concept through execution.

We are looking for someone who enjoys developing ideas, building relationships, taking initiative, and making things happen.

In addition, we would love to find someone that is within a couple hours drive of our West Lafayette, IN office so if needed, they could spend some time in office.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Initiatives

• Help develop and execute campaigns, educational programs, webinars, executive outreach initiatives, and other activities that engage prospective healthcare clients.
• Translate ideas into actionable plans and maintain momentum from development through launch and follow-up.
• Proactively identify opportunities for new programs across Salud's services and target markets.

Strategic Partnerships

• Develop and advance collaborative initiatives with accounting firms, healthcare advisors, professional associations, and other strategic partners.
• Engage external partners to create joint educational programs, market outreach, and other mutually beneficial activities.
• Explore opportunities with patient advocacy organizations that support Salud's Patient Financial Care mission.

Collaboration and Execution

• Work with Communications, Sales, and Commercial Strategy to bring growth initiatives to market.
• Ensure partner commitments and assigned initiatives receive consistent follow-through.
• Help translate market engagement into potential sales opportunities.
• Incorporate performance insights and recommendations from the Commercial Strategy & Deal Analyst and feedback from Sales to improve future initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant experience in growth programs, marketing, partner development, business development, or comparable activities, including substantive internships.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to execute projects independently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience developing and executing B2B campaigns, programs, or partnership initiatives.
• Experience working with external business partners.
• Healthcare or professional services experience.
