Clearly communicate detailed estimates, repair recommendations, and timelines using CRM Shop Management software and Digital Vehicle Inspections. Coordinate vehicle workflow, prioritize tasks, and manage scheduling to maximize Technician productivity to exceed customer expectations. Hit key targeted KPIs at or above location target. Regularly update customers on service progress and proactively manage expectations. Participate in weekly training to sharpen sales and service skills. Support team members by jumping in where needed—teamwork is key! Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining processes and enhancing customer experience.
