Maintenance Technician

Cairo, GA | $14.00 - $18.00 / Hour

We are looking to hire a hard-working maintenance technician to fix maintenance issues in an apartment complex. To ensure success you need to prioritize tasks and take pride in your work. You should be energetic, upstanding and dexterous.

R esponsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, general property upkeep, landscaping
• Perform residential cleaning duties in common areas and vacant units to maintain a welcoming environment, inspecting yards and parking areas
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Requirements

• 2 years experience in grounds maintenance and apartment maintenance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
• Have a clean drug screen and clean background

Location: Cairo, Georgia

Pay Rate: $14.00 - $18.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00AM – 4:30PM, Friday 7:00AM – 11:00AM
