Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Circuit Card Assembly Technician to support avionics production. This role involves manual placement of components on circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and operating a semi-automatic contact machine for placement and clinching. Responsibilities include lead trimming, verifying part orientation and identification, and supporting overall CCA production. The position requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment. This is a second-shift role working a 4/10 schedule (Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM).

Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of circuit card assembly experience
• Experience with SMT and through-hole soldering techniques
• Experience using chemical dispensers (syringe application)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently
• High attention to detail and manual dexterity for small components

Compensation:
$27/hr
