Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is a Non‑Union position. The HVAC Service Technician will serve commercial clients. Responsibilities Diagnostic Skills: Perform thorough assessments of HVAC systems to identify issues, malfunctions, or potential problems. Repairs and Maintenance: Execute repairs, replacements, or adjustments to HVAC components, including compressors, motors, thermostats, and other parts, to restore proper system functionality. Installation: Install new commercial HVAC systems or components as needed, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life. Refrigerant Handling: Handle refrigerants safely and adhere to all environmental regulations and guidelines. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their questions, explaining necessary repairs, and providing recommendations for system improvements.
