Job Description Pediatric Epileptologist Outpatient Only | $400k$450k Total Comp Locations: Columbia, MD | Vienna, VA | Bethesda, MD Magnificent Minds Neurology Center , a premier, physician-owned and led pediatric neurology private practice is seeking a Pediatric Epileptologist to join our expanding team. Position Highlights Work-Life Balance: 100% Outpatient. No hospital rounding or coverage Schedule: 4 or 5-day week with built in admin time Patient Volume: 1214 patients/day; 60-min new / 20-min follow-ups Light Call: 1:6 phone-only call (no holidays); supported by nurse triage Support: EEG techs and neurology-trained MAs on-site Diagnostics: In-house EEG and 24-72 ambulatory video EEG Compensation & Benefits Salary: $300k$350k base collections bonus ($400k$450k total comp) Benefits: Comprehensive package (401k match, health/dental/vision, malpractice) Requirements Fellowship-trained in Peds Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology BC/BE Child Neurology Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a national physician organization with more than 5,300 providers in multiple states.
