Coloma Community Schools Van Driver 26-27 School Year Summary: We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Van Driver. This is a part-time position located at Coloma High School. The Van Driver will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school. Responsibilities Safely operate a school van while transporting students to and from school-related activities Ensure the safety of all passengers while in transit Follow all traffic laws and regulations Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle Communicate effectively with school staff and parents/guardians Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions to the appropriate authorities Follow all school policies and procedures related to transportation Other duties as assigned Requirements Chauffeur Endorsement Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years old Must pass a background check and drug test Must be able to communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and school staff Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from work Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, afternoons, and evenings Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Previous experience as a driver or working with children is preferred, but not required.
