Part-Time Public Admin and Records Specialist

Whatcom County

The Whatcom County Medical Examiner’s Office is seeking a temporary extra-help employee to provide administrative support to our team. Primary duties include preparing and processing department payroll, billing and accounts payable.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. The role involves exposure to graphic images related to death investigations and requires strong organization and professional communication with the public.
