Our insurance agency has multiple locations in Kansas and we are excited to be expanding into Fort Scott area! Responsibilities- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
- Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Sales Advisor.
- Strong product knowledge across all lines (auto, home, life, health, umbrella, specialty)
$17 per hour
