We're not looking for someone to write estimates. We're looking for someone who can win customers.

Restoration 1 of Horry County is one of the most respected restoration companies in the region. For nearly 10 years, we've built our reputation by responding quickly, doing quality work, and taking care of our customers.

Now we're looking for an experienced restoration professional to join our team.

This is not a cold-calling sales position.

We generate the leads. Your job is to respond quickly, inspect the damage, educate the customer, prepare a professional estimate, and earn their business.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incoming residential and commercial leads. 
• Inspect water, fire, mold, sewage, and other property damage. 
• Prepare accurate, professional estimates. 
• Explain the restoration process and answer customer questions. 
• Follow up consistently and close the sale. 
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth transition into production. 
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first visit through project approval. 

What We're Looking For

• Minimum two years of restoration industry experience. 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
• A professional who enjoys meeting customers and asking for the business. 
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads. 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
• Xactimate experience is highly desirable but not required. We will train the right candidate.
