There is a tremendous community need for an additional primary care physician for their geriatrics outpatient clinic. This is an excellent opening for you to join a highly respected organization as they continue to experience strong growth.

Locations: Chicago, IL
Preferred schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am - 5pm
Patient Population: Geriatrics Ages 65+
PPD: 18-21 PPD
Credentialing: 30-90 Days
Background and Certifications required:
Candidates must be BC or BE in IM or FM
Must have unrestricted IL License
Support: Full office staff and midlevels
Competitive compensation + bonus + full benefits
