Every product we ship is assembled right here in our shop using components we manufacture in-house.As a Boiler & Stove Assembler, you won’t just be putting parts together—you’ll be part of the process that turns raw steel into a finished heating system. From sheet metal to a working boiler, your hands will directly shape a product that heats homes and businesses across the country. What You’ll Do Assemble boilers and stoves according to production standardsInstall insulation, wire panels, and assemble componentsUse hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment dailyOperate forklifts and material-handling equipment (training provided if needed)Inspect products for quality and accuracyPrepare finished units for shipmentKeep your workspace clean, safe, and organizedWork with the team to improve efficiency and product quality What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in your workMechanically inclined (you don’t need to know everything—we’ll teach you)Able to lift 40+ lbs regularlyReliable and shows up ready to workWorks well with a teamAble to read basic instructions and measurementsWilling to learn and improve What You Get Steady, full-time workOn-the-job trainingOpportunity to grow with a specialized manufacturing companyWork on real, tangible products—not a desk job #J-18808-Ljbffr Alternate Heating Systems INC
