Location: Johnson City Branch (Johnson City, TN) Job Type: Full‑time – On‑site Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Compensation: $16.00 per hour Job Overview TENCU is seeking a motivated and personable Teller for our Johnson City branch. As the face‑of‑the credit union, you will engage with members, contribute to the deploy of TA wallet‑and credit‑card solutions. Responsibilities Process financial transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail. Deliver exceptional member service both in‑person and over the telephone. Adapt promptly to new processes and responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Uphold all federal and state regulations and credit‑union policies to ensure compliance. Maintain a consistent attendance record showing reliability. Furnish computer systems, keyboard, and other needs to completeness of our day‑to‑day tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. One year of cash‑handling or customer‑service experience. Prior experience [^] in a financial institution is preferred.
