Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in the Santa Rosa region. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong skills in behavior management and medical documentation.

Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the supervising clinician
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Provide patient care under the guidance of the clinical team
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
- Utilize behavioral therapy strategies to support clients

Experience :
- Prior experience working with children
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with medical records and documentation
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to follow care plans effectively
- Experience in behavioral therapy is a plus
