General Cleaners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential environments. Working primarily in small teams, these professionals ensure that homes are safe, hygienic, and well-maintained using standard cleaning supplies and equipment. The role may occasionally require overtime or weekend shifts to meet cleaning schedules.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize residential spaces using standard cleaning supplies
- Dispose of waste properly to maintain a safe environment
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and polishing
- Dust surfaces and clean restrooms thoroughly
- Follow safety and compliance protocols during all cleaning tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in residential cleaning
- Familiarity with standard cleaning equipment and supplies
- Effective time management to complete tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning duties
- Physical stamina to handle manual cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills for teamwork
