What Success Looks Like

Our systems are designed to help motivated agents begin closing business quickly. Many agents who follow our process begin building consistent monthly closings within their first few months. Your results depend on your effort, responsiveness, and commitment to the training.

Responsibilities
  1. Represent buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
  2. Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
  3. Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
  4. Follow up promptly with company-provided leads
  5. Maintain accurate CRM records
  6. Deliver exceptional communication and customer service
  7. Stay current on local market conditions
What We Are Looking For
  1. Active Real Estate License
  2. Strong communication skills
  3. Coachable with a positive attitude
  4. Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
  5. Self-motivated and driven to build a business
  6. Available to respond quickly to new opportunities
Compensation
