We are seeking an experienced Bartender/Server with a minimum of 3 years of high volume, high-end dining experience, preferably in a steakhouse setting. The ideal candidate will have a high level of knowledge in liquor, beer, and wine, along with exceptional mixology skills. This role requires the ability to deliver high-end service to our wonderful clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision and speed.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various types of liquor, beer, and wine
- Create and present innovative and high-quality cocktails using mixology expertise
- Provide exceptional service to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of high volume, high-end dining experience as a Bartender
- Proficiency in mixology and extensive knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- Strong understanding of high-end service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus

-Alcohol service certification is required
