Dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability coverage available to those in full-time positions.POSITION SUMMARYThe Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing highly diversified duties including cleaning, setting up, closing and maintaining facility to support the achievement of Joints' goals and objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforming a wide range of cleaning duties, including but not limited to cleaning floors, windows, tables, chairs, and equipmentPerforming required light maintenance including but not limited to changing light bulbs, changing washers in faucets, and inspecting and cleaning grease trapsInitiating set up of tables and chairs for various functionsAssisting in an entire team effortMaintaining personal health and sanitation standardsReading and interpreting safety/employment manuals and other work-related documentsComplying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly facilityPerforming other work-related duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)Must be highly motivated and able to work independentlyPossess effective verbal and written communication skillsBasic reading skillsMust be organized and able to prioritize and multi-taskPossess basic knowledge of workplace safety proceduresBasic mechanical skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
