Life Sciences Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney

Overview
We are assisting our client, a prestigious Boston law firm, with their search for a patent prosecution associate with a life sciences background.
Responsibilities
- Draft patent applications
- Respond to office actions
- Coordinate with foreign counsel on international prosecution
- Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses
- Conduct IP due diligence
- Provide support for patent litigation cases in district court and at the PTAB
- Assist with IP agreements (including licenses and collaboration agreements)
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of patent prosecution experience
- A Ph.D. or Master’s degree in the biological sciences
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a T-20 law school or top 25% of a T-50 law school
- USPTO registration
Compensation
Base pay range: $260,000.00/yr - $390,000.00/yr

Boston, MA
