Project Manager

Responsible for the integral execution of EEP (Engineering and Equipment) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects. The holder will be responsible for project delivery, financial management (P&L), schedule compliance, and customer satisfaction. Will manage activities and resources, directly influencing functional strategies and operational effectiveness of the team. Necessary proven experience in project execution in Venezuela.

Project Management: Supervise medium complexity projects, from the planning phase to final delivery (commissioning/closure), ensuring alignment with technical and commercial standards.

Financial and Operational Management: Direct responsibility for the project's P&L, cost control, risk management, and resource optimization to ensure profitability.

Technical Leadership: Act as a reference in best practices and quality. Apply advanced technical knowledge about sector developments to solve complex challenges.

Decision Making: Use a solid operational criterion to resolve technical or management problems in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain areas.

Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication with internal and external clients, ensuring consensus and managing expectations in a high-demand environment.

Mentorship: Act as a key resource for team members with less experience, fostering the development of technical and project management capabilities within the team.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). Significant and demonstrable professional experience in infrastructure project management, EEP and/or EPC. Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and market practices.
