Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician

Atlantic Coast Enterprises We are calling for experienced Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technicians in the Delray Beach, FL area to join our full‑time team. In this position you will work a 5‑day week and earn a competitive hourly rate of $18‑$24 depending on experience and certifications. Technician commissions are paid twice a month and range from $400 to $1,400 based on store‑level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay plus commissions can lead to an annual compensation above $100,000. Technicians may also receive one‑time $500 bonuses for certifications earned while employed. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXPERIENCED AUTO MECHANIC / AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN As an experienced technician you strengthen customer relationships by maintaining and repairing vehicles with professional, fast, and friendly service. You diagnose mechanical issues, explain options to customers, and perform agreed‑upon repairs. You also provide routine maintenance to keep vehicles in top condition, ensuring customers feel valued and receive a positive experience.
