RN - ICUShift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)Description: FLOAT POOL POSITION - Please ensure candidate cleared on float units, ratios and flexibility on schedulingMinimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are acceptedPatient Population: Adults to GeriatricsCertifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHGeneral Skills and Work Setting Requirements: All Protentional MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, Neuro ICU, CVICU diagnoses. Primary floating required is ICU Float but could float to all MS, MS/Tele, PCU, ICU units within the hospitalRatio / Census: 1:2-3 ICU; 1:4-5 PCU; 1:5-6 MS, MS TeleUnit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBARSScrub Color: Navy BlueRTO: MAX 7 days per contractRTO Blackout Dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th)Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere (average 6 weekends in a 13-week contract)Floating: RequiredCall Requirements: None48-hour guarantee approved but not mandatoryHolidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.
