Richmond, Virginia Competitive Pay + Full Benefits Full-Time | Rotating Shifts Available Make a Difference When It Matters Most You’ll work alongside interdisciplinary teams to deliver life‑saving respiratory therapy, ventilator management, emergency response, and patient/family education across a wide range of clinical settings. What You’ll Do Advanced Respiratory Care Initiate, monitor, and manage mechanical ventilation including CPAP and BiPAP Perform ventilator setup, transport, alarm management, and patient handoff Assess patient response to respiratory therapies and ventilator adjustments Patient Assessment & Treatment Perform respiratory assessments and therapeutic interventions Administer inhaled medications, oxygen therapy, airway clearance, and airway care Support tracheostomy and laryngectomy care Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff Diagnostic & Critical Care Support Perform or assist with: Blood gas sampling and analysis Spirometry and peak flow testing Bronchoscopy procedures Participate in emergency response and critical care interventions Leadership & Collaboration Serve as a clinical resource or shift leader when assigned Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Support quality improvement initiatives and continuing education efforts #J-18808-Ljbffr
