Transaction Specialist - Real Estate Development and Investments - Houston

This position provides support to attorneys and paralegals in the Real Estate Development & Investments practice group. Responsibilities will include creating files; sorting, organizing and filing documents; preparing organized packages of loan documents and closing binders; and performing post-closing follow-up. The qualified candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle simultaneous, detail-oriented tasks while meeting stringent deadlines. The ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative and fast-paced environment is essential. Basic PC skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm, prior experience in the real estate industry, and/or a Bachelor’s Degree are a plus. Winstead is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
