You'll play a key role in delivering complex projects while helping to drive the continued growth of a well-established and ambitious team.The RoleAs an M&A Tax Senior Manager, you'll lead transaction tax engagements from initial discussions through to completion, providing commercially focused advice throughout the deal lifecycle.Responsibilities include:Leading tax due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions.Advising on transaction structures and the wider tax implications of acquisitions and disposals.Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered to a high technical standard.Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the transaction process.Working closely with colleagues across Tax, Corporate Finance and Advisory to deliver seamless client service.Supporting business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and contributing to client pitches.Coaching, mentoring and developing junior members of the team.About YouYou'll be ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience in UK Corporate Tax and/or Transaction Tax.You'll also have:Strong technical knowledge and the ability to apply it in a commercial environment.Experience managing complex client engagements and leading project teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive approach to developing client relationships and supporting business growth.A genuine interest in mentoring others and contributing to a collaborative team culture.This opportunity would suit an experienced Transaction Tax Manager ready to step into a Senior Manager position, or an existing Senior Manager looking to join a growing team with excellent long-term progression.What's on Offer?
