Manufacturing Line Lead

Open Positions:

• 1 position – 1st Shift
• 2 positions – 2nd Shift

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $20.50 per hour
• 2nd Shift Differential: Additional $0.50 per hour

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Line Lead will oversee daily production activities, provide direction to production team members, and help ensure that production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the daily activities of production associates.
• Assign work and help ensure production schedules and goals are met.
• Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure production documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety procedures.
• Identify and address production, workflow, or staffing issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate production needs, issues, and updates to management.
• Support the team in maintaining consistent productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Prior lead, supervisory, or team coordination experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures and help ensure team compliance.
