Corporate Counsel

CarMax in Richmond, VA is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide legal counsel on securities, corporate governance and related disclosures. You will support SEC/NYSE filings, 16 filings, and governance materials for board meetings. This role requires a law degree, bar admission in the U.S., and at least three years in a law firm or in-house practice advising public companies.
