Joe Sarrio State Farm Agency is seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Customer Outreach Representative to assist our team with connecting with prospective customers and existing lead opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a high school or college student, or anyone looking to build professional experience while working a flexible part-time schedule.

No insurance experience or license is required for this position. Your main responsibility will be reaching out to potential customers by phone, identifying their interest, collecting basic information, and helping connect qualified opportunities with our licensed sales team.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to prospective customers and current lead opportunities by phone
• Ask basic questions to determine customer needs and interest
• Connect qualified opportunities with licensed sales team members
• Help coordinate follow-up calls or appointments when appropriate
• Document conversations and maintain accurate customer notes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Follow established agency procedures and compliance guidelines
• Provide support with other non-licensed office responsibilities as needed

Who We're Looking For

You do not need previous insurance experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking with people, willing to learn, and able to stay positive and productive while making outbound calls.

Compensation

$11 per hour

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 15-20 hours per week . Additional incentive pay may be available for qualified opportunities that result in quoted business.
