Overview

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain direct contact with current and prospective clients.
• Participate in end-to-end transaction execution, including:
  • Preparing client marketing presentations.
  • Analyzing historical and projected financial information.
  • Developing complex financial and valuation models.
  • Coordinating transaction execution and performing business due diligence.
  • Participating in the development of recommendations to clients alongside senior bankers.
• Managing and supervising junior banking team members.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of investment banking or similar experience.
• Undergraduate degree with academic distinction.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Extensive financial modeling experience and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A very high degree of intellectual curiosity and the ability to think independently.
• The ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a highly organized manner.
• An independent, solution-focused mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

Houlihan Lokey offers a competitive total compensation package, which may include discretionary incentive compensation. The firm's estimated salary range for this role at the time of posting is $175,000 - $225,000.
