What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a mission-driven physician to join a brand-new, employed practice in Edmondson Village, combining the excitement of a new community clinic with the fully integrated support and robust resources of the Ascension Saint Agnes network.

• Join a brand-new family medicine clinic opening Fall 2026, serving a growing community
• Call structure: Phone only every 12-13 weeks
• Practice setting: Outpatient
• Access to integrated social work, care management, and on-site Labcorp services
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Help launch and grow a patient-centered practice as a foundational physician, delivering comprehensive, high-quality primary care to patients across the entire lifespan—from newborns to geriatrics—within a brand-new, supportive community clinic
• Drive clinical excellence and quality improvement initiatives within the clinic, actively implementing strategies that enhance care outcomes, improve cost-effectiveness, and elevate the overall patient experience.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
