Metered Utilities Specialist

Do you enjoy managing projects and building relationships with customers? LCS is seeking a Metered Utilities Specialist whose primary function is to manage customer utilities and rate reviews. Essential Functions Core functional knowledge of utility operations and rate schedules Ability to accurately read and interpret utility tariff sheets Foundational understanding of utility billing process and regulatory compliance Manage and complete all facets of assigned projects: define/create requirements specifications, scope of work documents and estimates; develop/deliver projects within established deadline Define, set, and clearly manage expectations with customers and team members.
