This on-site contract position focuses on working as a school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) in elementary schools, serving neighborhoods in Fremont, Ballard, Laurelhurst, and Sandpoint. Multiple openings are available, providing flexibility in weekly hours depending on school assignment. Contracts follow school-year calendars starting in the fall and running through early or late spring.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate
• Experience delivering OT services in school or pediatric settings; comfort with school-based documentation and IEP collaboration
• Strong communication skills for partnering with educators, students, and families
• Compassion and creativity when motivating children with moderate support needs
• Organizational skills to manage a caseload across multiple school sites

Role Highlights:

• Provide OT services to elementary-aged students with varying levels of need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within the IEP framework
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to drive student progress
• Deliver direct intervention, consultation, and support services across two (potentially three) schools
• Document evaluations, intervention data, and progress in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Opportunities available for full-time (37.5 hours/week, Fremont/Ballard) and part-time (30 hours/week, Laurelhurst/Sandpoint) contracts
• Choose a start and end date that best fits your schedule: October 2026 – March 2027 or November 2026 – May 2027
