Job Details Salary: $25 - $35 an hour Job Type: Full-time Location: Plantation, FL Job Description Exela Enterprise Solutions is looking to fill a Data Entry Clerk position. In addition to being organized and able to multitask, this role requires a go‑getter with a positive work ethic who is excited to work with the leading provider of innovative, cloud‑based solutions in the document outsourcing industry. Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Identify objective data and enter ("key what you see") at a high level of productivity and accuracy; perform data entry tasks from paper and/or document images; utilize system functions to perform data look‑up and validation. Perform duties and special requests as assigned by team leader and manager. Review and process confidential and extremely time‑sensitive applications. Maintain a high degree of quality control and validation of completed work. Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives. Maintain accuracy of required reports and logs. Ensure the highest level of customer care. Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety and security procedures. Support financial results by minimizing site waste and rework. Perform repetitive work; support team and manager as needed. Required Qualifications Previous experience in data entry. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Keyboarding and PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred. Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing fast‑growing production environment. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and company personnel. Work experience in email and Microsoft Windows environments required. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds and sit for long periods of time. Willingness to submit to pre‑employment drug test, employment history check, and criminal background check. Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned. Quality control experience.
