Hours: Flexible - Up to 40 hours per week

Salary Range: $28 -$32 / hr

Our Early Intervention (BEI) program is a dedicated team that provides compassionate, family-centered support to infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years) who are experiencing developmental delays or are at risk. What You’ll Do:

Empower families and support the growth and development of infants and toddlers through personalized, play-based therapy and coaching.

• Conduct intake evaluations and develop individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct, hands-on therapeutic services and case management in homes, daycares, and our center.
• Design and implement effective home programs that coach families to become their child’s best teacher and advocate.
• Lead parent support and educational groups, building a strong community for families.
• Connect families with vital community resources and guide them through transition processes.

What You Bring:

• Education:  Master’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Child Development, Education).
• Passion:  A genuine love for working with young children and a desire to coach and support their families.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to engage children through play and model techniques for caregivers.
• Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to various settings.
  • The physical ability to engage actively with children (sitting on the floor, stooping, lifting, etc.).
