Key Responsibilities

• Grow outside sales: Develop partnerships with local schools, churches, businesses, and organizations to expand catering and mobile orders.
• Increase check average: Create in-restaurant promotions and suggestive-selling campaigns that encourage guests to explore premium menu items and add-ons.
• Build brand awareness: Manage community events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns that keep Chick-fil-A Austell top-of-mind.
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies and report measurable results to leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with restaurant goals.
