Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments. Provide assistance to leadership, preserving the confidential nature of which he/she has knowledge. Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquires. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions as needed. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges. Qualifications: High school graduate with 2+ years of business experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing and spreadsheet software.
