Oportunidades de crecimiento. En este papel, el cocinero de línea caliente será: Demostrar y defender los valores fundamentales de nuestra empresa en todo momento. Cocine pasta, salsas y otros alimentos calientes de forma precisa y eficiente según los estándares de la empresa. Prepare y reparta los ingredientes con antelación para garantizar un funcionamiento fluido en la cocina. Manejar toda la preparación para los elementos necesarios en las operaciones diarias. Comuníquese de manera efectiva con Cold Line y Food Expeditor para garantizar un flujo de trabajo BOH fluido. Asumir la responsabilidad de las operaciones diarias de la línea directa y mantener la limpieza general de la cocina. Siga consistentemente todas las recetas, tamaños de porciones, métodos de cocción y procedimientos de cocina estándar. Almacene y mantenga niveles adecuados de productos alimenticios en su estación para garantizar un servicio fluido. Mantenga la limpieza y organización en toda la cocina, incluida la cámara frigorífica. Cumplir con todas las pautas de nutrición, saneamiento y seguridad alimentaria. Capacidad para agacharse, estirarse, inclinarse y moverse con rapidez. Destreza manual y digital para operar maquinaria de cocina, cuchillos, etc. Capacidad para soportar cambios de temperatura, humo ocasional, vapor y calor, así como para trabajar en un espacio reducido. Disponibilidad para trabajar por las noches y los fines de semana. Flexibilidad de horarios. Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad.
