If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA./liliRequires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana./liliRequires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA./liliAdvanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies./li/ulpstrongRoles and Responsibilities:/strong/ppIU Health Tipton Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital with a robust therapy team offering a variety of specialized and generalized physical therapy interventions across the continuum of care. Our team provides inpatient and outpatient therapy services.
